@odinata being in public is consent buddy.
It is illegal to use someone’s image for advertising without permission, or in a way that makes them appear to say something they didn’t, but this was on the public sidewalk, where the legal term is “no expectation of privacy”, not through a window into their house. And my opinion is this doesn’t make him look bad, rather, heroic, focused and on-task in a way he would be proud of.
It’s unedited, uploaded same file that came out of camera.
what did you use to edit this?
@odinata No, its not, this was a public place, completely legal in the state of NY
Its illegal and unethical to post video/audio of people without there consent.
This was the 18-55 stock lens.
This was the 18-55 stock lens.
right now I can not afford any other lens than the 18-50mm you think I will be ok? To shoot video and what my videos look like this with the standard lense?
Did you use the stock lense?
cool .
audio is very good… gonna buy this camera, but aint sure yet
you shot this video with IS?
looks very shaky
I think those lenses should be on a full-frame 5DMkII to be closer to your XHA1 in quality.
hey buddy, you thing , that this camera with a “L” series can be a great video, i’m a videographer in mexico , and i have a XHA1, but i want this bug for my backup. please reffer to me your experience. i have 70 200 f 2.8 L, 24 – 70 f 2.8L and 10-22 f 3.5-5.6 usm
thanks
lolol
It’s so funny dealing with ppl like that.
I was amazed he figured it out as i was holding a DSLR, not a camcorder, on my shoulder trying to look like I was just resting it there. Figured it was a good time to stop.
ooooops busted…”ur makin a video or what”
Only had it that day.
can u test the aperture settings for me while shooting?
I wasn’t able to get it to focus during video; I focused on a subject using AF just before starting recording and hoped it stayed in focus. This is from Wired GadgetLab, but I’m not sure it’s correct: “ability to use the autofocus whilst shooting, although you only get to use the slower contrast-detection system available in the live-view mode.”
wow the detail is amazing…
so you can auto and manually focus through the lens while shooting movies correct? Can you change the shutter speed, apperture and ISO settings etc while shooting?
Geez, I hope it’s not as good as my 5dmk2 or I’m gonna be pissed off! lol
That’s right, the 5DmkII had a 24-105L lens and the Rebel had the 18-55 kit lens.
True, it’s not that crisp an sharb, but that could also be the lens.
And it looks very lagy too.
